Our on-site engineering staff is available to assist you with every aspect of your PCB layout design. We'll provide a new board design, or update your existing board to accommodate the latest technology available. We offer a full range of PCB design services from board layout to fabrication management, test and assembly. Our engineering staff utilizes state-of-the-art design tools including Cadence, Mentor, ProE, Solid Works and AutoCad.

We have telecom, commercial and military experience ranging from high volume consumer single-sided boards through complex multi-layer digital to analog and RF designs.

We consistently provide our customers with PCB designs that are accurate, manufacturable, and cost-effective.

Design for Manufacturability & Test

By definition, DFM and DFT are the methodologies that allow for the highest and best circuit board design for the production process. Optimum board layout, component cost & availabiltiy and maximum equipment capabilities are some of the factors considered during the initial design phase.

By employing the DFM and DFT principles, costly and time consuming production errors are minimized. Since the manufacaturing industry is constantly changing, our engineers work hard to maintain current DFM and DFT techniques.

Electronics Prototyping

Highly trained engineering and manufacturing personnel oversee each prototype assembly to ensure design specification conformance during the first article stage. HL Electronics offers rapid prototyping, testing and a quick, smooth transition to the production line.

Before adding a procurement department, HL Electronics operated solely with consigned kits. We have developed a streamlined system for handling your parts, from the initial audit to the return of excess upon job completion. Although our primary work is turnkey, we continue to build consigned kits for many customers.
